Specialist Dr. Oya Yeşim Hacımustafaoğlu Utkan is an experienced and successful dermatology specialist. After graduating in 1994 from Istanbul University Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty as a medical doctor, she completed her dermatology specialty training at Istanbul Haseki Training and Research Hospital Dermatology Clinic between 1997-2001.
